Payments and Refunds
Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via major credit and debit card brands, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase and no course certification has been provided. Eligibility for refunds is outlined on our Refund Policy (see below).

All content provided through our Services, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of iSTEP-Global or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.

Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your course, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase date. To qualify for a refund:
Your request must be made within 3 days of purchase.. You must not have completed more than 10% of the course content. Refunds will not be granted if you have downloaded significant course materials or completed the final assessment/module. Refunds are not available for discounted or promotional purchases unless required by law
How to Request a Refund:
Email us at: istepglobaleducation@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days from the date of your refund request. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that fall outside these terms or appear to be misuse of the policy.
